Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Education Teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing students for success in college, careers, and competitive business environments. This position also includes serving as the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter advisor, guiding students in leadership development, competitions, and community engagement.

Responsibilities
*Teach high school business courses, which may include Introduction to Business, Marketing, Personal Finance, Accounting, or related electives
*Develop engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans that meet diverse student needs
*Integrate technology and real-world applications into the classroom
*Serve as FBLA advisor: coordinate meetings, competition preparation, travel, and fundraising
*Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and student success
*Participate in professional development, school events, and parent communication

Qualifications
*Valid CO teaching license with appropriate endorsement in Business Education
*Experience teaching at the secondary level preferred
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Commitment to student development, career readiness, and leadership
*Ability to coach or lead extracurriculars is a plus
