Are you passionate about helping children thrive in a unique learning environment? Battle Rock Charter School is seeking two Classroom Partners to join our collaborative team! We support a multi-age, place-based, co-teaching model and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside our mentor teachers.

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in supporting classroom management and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to take on various teaching duties. This position is open to a range of candidates, including paraprofessionals, individuals interested in pursuing a teaching career, new graduates, and certified teachers.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a genuine love for children and an interest in working in a non-traditional educational environment. If you possess excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, we encourage you to apply!
