1. Creates and maintains building/paraprofessional schedules.
2. Creates necessary curriculums and curriculum mapping for specials (Ag Ed/PBL).
3. Ensure correct curriculum materials are ordered and distributed each year.
4. Involvement in the calendar committee.
5. Create and maintain a streamline list of K-12 students and their academic needs in
order to provide students with services for success.
6. Find and distribute 504/READ plans to the correct teacher.
7. Oversees the paraprofessional staff within the building.
8. Serves the building as a leader for conflict resolution.
9. Conducts evaluations on para’s and select teachers within the building.
10. Ensure new teachers have access to Randa, EduClimber, and all the curriculum
logins.
11. Create and maintain data catchers for teachers based on each school year’s Measure
of Student Learning.
12. Implement and lead the MTSS program
13. Student Assessment Coordinator for the building
14. Assists in the communication of school discipline policy and procedures to parents,
students, staff, and community.
15. Assists in the planning, development, organization, coordination, and supervision of
instructional programs and activities; interprets and implements the District approved
curriculum program.
16. Create/run/implement professional development (k-6) during PD days to serve and
provide staff with opportunities for growth and development.
17. Interact with students in a constructive manner to encourage each individual to
perform at their highest level.
